The next Fortnite live event is just a couple of days away. Epic Games has been teasing the Fortnite community with image and video teasers in the past few days, building even more hype for it.
However, Epic released a short trailer for the “Fracture” event on Thursday, December 1. The trailer has revealed some important details regarding the event and has featured the Herald, the main antagonist of the current season.

Fortnite live event trailer shows the Herald and the Reality Tree
The Fortnite live event trailer has revealed the Herald, who was seen using Chrome tornadoes to take control over the island. She can be seen at the 0:10 mark of the new trailer.
You can watch the trailer below, and if you pay close attention, you will notice that the area behind the Herald has been turned into Chrome already. This implies that the antagonist is trying to take of the entire island.
The trailer starts with a calm island from Chapter 3 – Season 3. The Reality Tree is seen in its original form, before the Herald infected it with Chrome. The trailer also shows the Zero Point and some of the other things that happened in the past.
The 0:11 mark reveals several Fortnite characters at the Reality Tree. They appear to be defending the tree from the Herald, which will most likely be the theme of the “Fracture” live event.
The trailer ends with one of the popular characters, Bullseye, looking up to the sky. At the moment, no one knows what Bullseye saw in the sky, but we assume that something big will happen.
Epic Games has released several live event teasers over the last few days. Every teaser ends with characters looking at the sky, but we will have to wait for Sunday to see what exactly is going on.
