Epic Games is once again sending V-Bucks to Fortnite Battle Royale players. This is the second time that the video game developer does this in less than a week.
Many players received 500 V-Bucks when Epic re-released the Snikt! Snikt! emote as part of the new Reboot Rally program. Before this, the emote was obtainable only by redeeming the special code from “Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War” comics.
Very soon, the game creator will send 400 V-Bucks to a lot of players. To check if you’re eligible, please keep reading the article as we will reveal everything you need to know about it.
Fortnite players to receive 400 V-Bucks very soon
On Thursday, December 15, Epic Games released MrBeast into Fortnite Battle Royale. The popular content creator got his own skin, but also many other accessories that players can buy.
Besides separate cosmetic items, Epic allowed players to purchase all of the items together in a bundle. Due to this, a lot of players saved V-Bucks as bundled items are sold at a discounted price.
Unfortunately, Epic Games made a mistake with the Wrapped and Revved glider. The glider was incorrectly priced at 1,200 V-Bucks, which is not its intended price.
Eventually, the Fortnite Battle Royale developer lowered the price of the glider to 800 V-Bucks, which is why players who purchased it will receive 400 V-Bucks in the future.
Here is what Epic Games posted on the Fortnite Status Twitter account:
While it’s currently unknown when exactly Epic Games will provide this refund, we can expect it to be done in early 2023. At the moment, the development team is on a winter break and will most likely refund V-Bucks after the v23.20 update comes out.
