Leaked Fortnite Chapter 4 map has gone viral
The Fortnite Chapter 4 map first appeared on the FortniteBR subreddit. It was posted by a user named RaphooComix, who claimed that he made a new map concept for the next chapter of the video game.
Despite the Reddit user claiming that it’s just a concept, a lot of Fortnite players started believing that it’s an actual map and that it comes from Epic Games. You can see what the map looks like below.
As you can see in the image above, the alleged Fortnite Chapter 4 map looks incredible. It has a lot of different details and several different biomes.
RaphooComix named this project “Reality One” and has spent more than 100 hours on it. Considering that the map creator admitted that it’s just a concept, it is very unlikely that the Fortnite Chapter 4 map will look anything like this.
However, there is a chance that Epic Games will be inspired by it and take some of its parts. In the image below, you can see all the named locations on the map.
There are many interesting places on the map, including The Negative Zone which is found in the southwest corner of the island. This looks like a special biome that was never seen in the game before.
There is also a desert biome, a snow biome, as well as plains and farmlands. Finally, there is also Mount Dojo which is most likely one of the highest points on the map.
Will Chapter 4 start in December?
According to Fortnite Battle Royale leakers, the downtime for the next Fortnite Battle Royale season will take two days. Due to this, there are theories that the season could bring Chapter 4.
Having such a long downtime is very unusual. Epic Games has had a couple of long Fortnite downtimes, but they all took place between different chapters.
While this theory makes a lot of sense, it is very unlikely that Epic Games will release Chapter 4 in December. The first chapter of the game had 10 seasons, while the second one had eight.
Chapter 3 is currently in its fourth season and was released less than a year ago. Due to this, we should expect the fourth chapter to be released sometime in late 2023 or early 2024.
