The Fortnite Halloween event is one of the best events in the game. Every year, many players look forward to it as it brings a lot of fantastic stuff.
This year’s event will begin on Tuesday, October 18. Epic Games has already announced the start time and it appears that once again, the game developer will release many new things to the game.
The Fortnitemares 2022 event is just around the corner, but Epic has kept most of the things that will come with it secret. Fortunately, the latest image has shown us some of the upcoming content that will arrive next Tuesday.
Fortnite Halloween event will bring new skins
One of the best things about Fortnite Halloween events is the skins that come with it. Almost every skin looks scary or spooky, which is perfect for Halloween.
This year, fans are expecting Epic Games to release a lot of amazing skins. However, before the update comes out, the video game developer will release two skins to prepare its players for Fortnitemares 2022.
Sinister Glare and Undying Sorrow are two new outfits that will be released two days before the start of the Fortnite Halloween event. These are the two outfits seen in the picture above and they both look amazing.
The new outfits will hit the Item Shop on Saturday, October 15. It is unknown what other items will be released during the upcoming event, but we can expect a lot of great stuff from Epic and possibly another collaboration.
Epic Games has reportedly worked on a collaboration with Dead by Daylight and fans are hoping that this collab comes out during the event. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
Other Fortnitemares 2022 changes
In addition to the new outfits, Epic Games will release many gameplay changes during the Fortnitemares 2022 event. Many players will be glad to hear that the Pumpkin Launcher is coming back to the game!
The popular Halloween weapon will be apparently dropped by a new boss. The boss will also drop a Mythic weapon and several consumables.
The image of the skins also shows that the upcoming event will add zombified wildlife. As you can see, there are multiple zombified chickens in the image, which sounds like a new exciting change.
A few weeks ago, there have been leaks regarding zombified wildlife in Fortnite Chapter 3 – Season 4. It seems that these leaks were true and we can expect Epic Games to release new types of animals next week.
