Fortnite UFOs Have Been Unvaulted

Epic Games has decided to unvaulted Fortnite UFOs for a limited time. The video game developer has brought them back for the “Flying Objects Weekend” and players now have the opportunity to use them for the first time in Chapter 3.

Many players had numerous complaints about UFOs when they were first released, all the way back in Chapter 2 – Season 7. However, it will be interesting to see the community reaction in the current season.

Besides the UFOs, the Fortnite creator has also brought back the Impulse Grenade. However, both of these items will most likely stay in the game only during the weekend and we can expect them to return to the vault on Monday, August 15.

Where to find Fortnite UFOs in Chapter 3 – Season 3

There are six different spawn points for Fortnite UFOs in Chapter 3 – Season 3. According to popular leakers, these vehicles have a 100% spawn rate, which means that players can get into them by simply landing nearby.

These are all the possible spawn points for Fortnite UFOs in the current season:

  • Chonker Speedway, northern side
  • Northeastern corner of Greasy Grove
  • The Joneses
  • Northeast of the Crackshot’s Cabin
  • West of Sleepy Shrubs
  • Tiny Temple, southeast of The Daily Bugle

Keep in mind that UFOs have 600 hit points, which means that can be taken down easily by assault rifles. They also have limited fuel, so if you decide to use them, you will have to be smart with the Boost function.

The best strategy of winning games with UFOs

UFOs can be used to easily earn victory royales in Fortnite Chapter 3. Epic Games has released the boulders with Chapter 3 – Season 3, and these heavy objects can be picked up by UFOs and used to eliminate enemies. Boulders can be found in almost every part of the map, which makes this strategy incredible effective.

Furthermore, players can use the Rift-to-Go to avoid dying to fall damage when their UFO is destroyed.

It will be interesting to see if Epic Games does anything about the boulder strategy. However, considering that UFOs will be in the game for just a few days, it is unlikely that this will happen.
