The Fortnite x Destiny 2 collaboration will be released very soon. Season 18 of Bungie’s popular video game is coming on August 23, and the collaboration with Fortnite is one of many new things that will arrive with it.
Thanks to leakers, we now know that three different skins will come to Fortnite with the upcoming crossover. The Fortnite x Destiny 2 will bring popular characters and they will be available at the next reset of the Item Shop.
Fortnite x Destiny 2 collab is bring many cosmetic items
According to reputable leakers, the Fortnite x Destiny 2 collaboration will bring more than 10 different cosmetic items to the game. Considering that skins are the most popular cosmetic item, this is what most players care about. Fortunately, the good news is that three different skins will come with the collab.
Exo Stranger, Zavala, and Ikora will come to the battle royale game with the Fortnite x Destiny 2 crossover. While this leak hasn’t been 100% confirmed, it comes from a reputable source and will most likely turn out to be true.
Aside from the outfits, several other items inspired by Destiny 2 will come to the game, including gliders, pickaxes, back blings, and an emote. According to leaks, all of these items will be available in the Item Shop on Tuesday, August 23, at 8 PM Eastern Time.
Destiny 2 is getting a new season
Season 18 of Destiny 2 is supposed to be huge. Bungie has prepared a lot of new content with it, including the Fortnite x Destiny 2 collaboration.
Fortnite players will not be the only ones who will receive cosmetic items from the crossover as Bungie will release three Fortnite-inspired characters to their first-person shooter. These characters are inspired by popular Chapter 1 skins, Omega, Drift, and Black Knight.
The new season will bring a lot of other things, both new and old. The Trials of Osiris will return and there will also be the Reprised Raid. Furthermore, players will be able to buy a new Season Pass which will unlock all the new content.
